How it Works

ReviewInviter is designed for businesses of all sizes. You may do all the work for your business or you may have a team of dozens. We make it easy with the app to send review invites to your customers after you have delivered your service to them.

We recommend that you have a short conversation with your customer, ideally at the time you have completed their work or appointment. You simply let them know they will get a text message to ask for their feedback on you and your company. Of course this conversation is optional, but the process works so much better if you can have this conversation.

The next step depends of the version of ReviewInviter you are using.

with ReviewInviter AutoPilot all review requests go out automatically. So once you have completed the optional customer conversation above your work is done. Later in the day when things are less hectic, your customer will receive their invitation with easy instructions to review your business.

With ReviewInviter Core and ReviewInviter Lite, the next step is to use the ReviewInviter app on your phone to enter their phone no and optionally their name and email. That's the extent of the "work" you have to do.

Not every customer, no matter how happy they are with you will click the link they get in the text message and complete the process. So it takes a steady stream of invites going out to be successful with this process. Even 1 new review per week will result in 50+ new reviews per year, so the minimal effort required is worth it!

Who is the ReviewInviter Free Trial For?

There are some businesses that simply do not have a big volume of service deliveries per week. They may offer really big ticket services like kitchen remodeling and only complete a few jobs per month. This can be a highly successful business, but it would not be a good candidate for our ReviewInviter App and process because the volume of review invites would be too low.

To be eligible for the ReviewInviter free trial offer you need to be delivering at least an average of 10 customer service or patient appointments or product deliveries each week. Your business should have an existing Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) with at least some existing customer reviews. If that's you then please request our free trial.
